Michael K Williams, who played Omar Little on The Wire (the most bad ass gay character ever on television) has come out in support of marriage equality.
Cayce Pollard, the protagonist of Pattern Recognition (by William Gibson), after she’s had her hair cut in Japan. Hairstyle is, of course, modelled on Major Kusanagi.

I was really nervous when Jamie told me he was drawing Cayce Pollard—one of my most favourite fictional characters ever. I like Jamie’s art and I didn’t want to tell him I didn’t like it if he didn’t draw her exactly like I saw her in my head.
Luckily, he drew this. Which might be even better than when I pictured her in my head.
